Merlenda is originally from the Hampton Roads area and migrated to Northern Virginia in 1996. Merlenda has over 20 years combined professional experience in the commercial sector, the military and the Department of Defense industries, and federal government. Merlenda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration. Merlenda owns and operates several small businesses to include resumes writing, business plans creation, and career counseling.
Mark Henderson
Owner / Co-Founder
Mark is originally from Upstate New York but has been in the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years. Mark retired from the military in 2013 and has over 20 years combined professional experience with the military and the Department of Defense industry. Mark has an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management and multiple certifications to include HVAC Refrigeration and Repair and Building Maintenance and Repair.
